GWM Malaysia has officially opened a brand-new 3S (Sales, Service & Spare Parts) centre in Melaka, further solidifying its nationwide aftersales network and commitment to customer satisfaction. The new GWM Malaysia Melaka 3S centre has a total built-up area of 3,949 st. ft. and features a modern, customer-friendly layout.
This new Melaka outlet features two service bays, with the capacity to service up to 104 vehicles in a month. This ensures timely and efficient after-sales care for both new and existing GWM customers.

As part of its GWM Care programme, GWM Malaysia is also extending its aftersales promotion to all customers at GWM outlets across the country, including:
- Free vehicle health check
- 20% discount on Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) parts
- 20% discount on wear and tear parts
- 20% discount on official GWM merchandise
