Zeekr Sunway celebrated its first anniversary at Zeekr Space Sunway City, marking the occasion with the live finale of the Zeekr Owners’ Appreciation Rewards Draw 2025. The highlight of the event was the announcement of the Grand Prize winner, who drove home a brand-new Zeekr X Premium, valued at RM 155,800.
The celebration also commemorates a key milestone for Zeekr’s presence in Malaysia. Since opening in October 2024 as the country’s first Zeekr dealership, Zeekr Sunway has delivered over 1,000 vehicles as of November 2025, itself an achievement the company says reflects strong customer confidence and rapid brand growth.
Tiered Lucky Draw with 800 Qualified Participants
Launched on 18-July 2025, the Appreciation Rewards Draw celebrated both the opening of Zeekr Space Sunway City and the Zeekr Sunway Service Centre, a RM 10 million investment comprising a flagship showroom and purpose-built after-sales facilities.
The campaign offered customers from Zeekr Space Sunway City and Zeekr Space Petaling Jaya a chance to take part in a tiered-entry lucky draw. Eligible buyers who registered and collected their vehicles between 1 October 2024 and 30 September 2025 were automatically entered.
Participants earned entries based on their model purchased:
- Zeekr 009 — 3 entries
- Zeekr 7X — 2 entries
- Zeekr X — 1 entry
From these, 800 owners were shortlisted for the Rewards Draw.
The draw was conducted in two phases, with the initial round narrowing the list to the Top 10 finalists, who gathered at Zeekr Space Sunway City today for the concluding stage.
Winners and Prizes
The prize pool was valued at up to RM 200,000, led by the Grand Prize Zeekr X Premium. Additional prizes included:
- Second Prize: 3D2N stay at The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat
- Third Prize: 2D1N stay at Sunway Resort Hotel
- Finalists (7 pax): Zeekr Sunway Service Centre cash vouchers
The top three winners were:
- Grand Prize: Tong Wei Lun
- Second Prize: Lai Weng Fei
- Third Prize: Suria Cleanergy Sdn Bhd
To ensure transparency, BDO Malaysia acted as the official audit partner, verifying entries and supervising both phases of the draw.
Over 1,000 Deliveries in One Year
Yeoh Yuen Chee, CEO of Sunway Trading & Manufacturing, says the first-year delivery milestone is a sign of customer confidence in Zeekr’s EV offerings. “Achieving over 1,000 deliveries in just a year underscores the deep confidence our customers have in the Zeekr brand. The Rewards Draw is our way of expressing appreciation and celebrating this milestone with our community of owners. As we expand our facilities and customer touchpoints, we remain committed to delivering a seamless and truly premium EV ownership experience in Malaysia,” he said.
