Exactly one month after bookings were opened, Honda Malaysia has officially launched the 2025 Honda e:N1 EV SUV. The sole e:N1 variant is priced from RM 149,900 (on-the-road, without insurance). As reported earlier, customers can book the 2025 Honda e:N1 EV SUV at these eight dealers across Malaysia.
What is the 2025 Honda e:N1?
The 2025 Honda e:N1 is developed on Honda’s e:N Architecture F and features a front-mounted electric motor that outputs 150 kW (204 PS) and 310 Nm of torque, powered by a 68.8-kWh CATL-sourced nickel manganese cobalt (NMC) battery pack, allowing for a range of up to 412 km under the WLTP test cycle (500 km NEDC).

Imported (CBU) from China, the 2025 Honda e:N1 is available in three colours, namely Aqua Topaz Metallic, Platinum White Pearl, and Urban Grey Pearl. The former is fitted exclusively with a grey interior colour; every other colour gets a black interior.
In terms of charging, the 2025 Honda e:N1 accepts up to 78 kW of DC fast charging, which takes roughly 45 minutes to charge from 10% to 80% state-of-charge (SoC). As for AC charging, the Honda e:N1 supports up to 11 kW, which needs six hours to fully recharge the battery.

Being an EV, the Honda e:N1 features some EV-specific changes compared to its HR-V sibling. For example, the front fascia of the Honda e:N1 features a grille-less design which hides the charging ports, while the rear of the e:N1 gets a different trim garnish with the Honda name emblazoned across.

Additionally, the e:N1, similar to the hybrid HR-V RS, also gets smoked LED tail lights. A set of unique 18-inch, dual-tone alloy wheels complete the exterior of the e:N1.

Stepping into the cabin of the Honda e:N1 and the biggest change from the HR-V is the massive 15.1-inch portrait infotainment display and 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster. The former supports wireless Apple CarPlay and wired Android Auto, which pumps audio through a six-speaker sound system. Honda has redesigned the centre console and replaced the regular gear lever with a push button-style layout for the e:N1. Blue ambient lighting completes the cabin of the Honda e:N1.

Keeping the occupants safe is the standard-fit Honda Sensing ADAS suite. However, unlike other Honda Malaysia models, the e:N1 ditches the LaneWatch camera in favour of Blind Spot Information (BSI) and Cross Traffic Monitor (CTM). Furthermore, the Honda e:N1 is currently the only Honda model to offer Reverse Auto Tilt Side Mirror.
Other Honda Sensing features, like Collision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS), Adaptive Cruise Control with Low Speed Follow (ACC with LSF), Road Departure Mitigation System with Lane Departure Warning (RDM with LDW), Auto High Beam (AHB), Lane Keeping Assist System (LKAS), and Lead Car Departure Notification System (LCDN) are standard fitment on the e:N1.

As for the 2025 Honda e:N1’s dimensions, this EV SUV measures 4,380 mm in length, 1,790 mm in width, and 1,592 mm in height. This EV SUV has a wheelbase of 2,610 mm.
The Honda e:N1 is backed by an 8-year / 160,000 km warranty for the EV battery and electric drive system.
