Bridgestone Tyre Sales (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd has just launched the Bridgestone Turanza 6 in Malaysia, the company’s premium flagship tyre for passenger cars. The new Bridgestone Turanza 6 is available from 1-August 2025, priced from RM 320 to RM 2,200.
Built on the success of the popular Turanza T005, the new Turanza 6 features Bridgestone’s Enliten technology that offers 8% reduction in noise levels, 8% increase in ride comfort, and 14% improvement in wet grip for increased handling confidence.
These enhancements come from innovations and improvements in compound formulation, tread pattern design, and tyre shape, which results in better handling, quieter operation, and improved stability even in wet conditions.
The new Bridgestone Turanza 6 will be available in a wide range of sizes from 14 to 21 inches, catering to most passenger cars in Malaysia, including the Proton Saga & Perodua Myvi (185/55R15), Perodua Ativa (205/60R17), Proton S70 (205/55/R16), Proton X50 Executive (215/60R17), and Honda Civic (235/40R18).
These new tyres are aimed squarely at the Michelin Primacy 5 and Continental UltraContact 7 (UC7).
Bridgestone Turanza 6 is also EV-ready
Developed with EVs in mind, the Bridgestone Turanza 6 has been developed to handle the additional weight and torque EVs typically deliver.
These new tyres from Bridgestone also boast low rolling resistance to help extend EV driving range and improves wear tolerance. This makes the Turanza 6 a well-rounded choice for both conventional ICE passenger cars and modern-day EVs.

The new Turanza 6 is also more sustainable
In line with Bridgestone’s global sustainability goals under its “E8 Commitment,” the Turanza 6 is designed to lower its environmental impact. Compared to its predecessor, the new tyre:
- Uses less newly-sourced raw material during production
- Reduces CO₂ emissions by 16% at the raw material stage
- Cuts CO₂ emissions during use by 13% per km through lower rolling resistance
