iCaur Auto Malaysia has finally launched the 2025 iCaur 03 in the country, after months of teasing. The 2025 iCaur 03 will spearhead the iCaur marque here in Malaysia, with other models set to follow suit.
At launch, the 2025 iCaur 03 is fully imported (CBU), with local assembly (CKD) operations set to commence in January 2026 at the Chery Corporate Malaysia plant in Shah Alam.
As part as easing potential customers into the EV lifestyle, the first 1,000 buyers of the iCaur 03 can enjoy 1 year of unlimited charging with JomCharge. Customers will also receive a complimentary wallbox worth RM 3,400.

For the Malaysian market, iCaur Auto Malaysia is offering two variants:
- 2025 iCaur 03 2WD: From RM 119,800
- 2025 iCaur 03 iWD: From RM 129,800
Both prices are on-the-road (OTR), without insurance.

What powertrain does the 2025 iCaur 03 get in Malaysia?
Starting with the entry-level 2WD variant, it offers a rear-mounted electric motor that does 135 kW (184 PS) and 220 Nm, which is powered by a CATL-sourced 65.7-kWh LFP battery pack. The NEDC-rated range of the iCaur 03 2WD is 426 km.
Then there’s the more potent dual-motor iWD variant, which adds a front-mounted electric motor for a combined system output of 205 kW (279 PS) and 285 Nm. Power for the iWD variant comes from a larger 69.8-kWh LFP battery pack, allowing for an NEDC-rated range of 418 km.
According to iCaur, the 03 iWD completes the century sprint in just 6.5 seconds. The 2WD variant completes the same century sprint in 10.5 seconds. Top speed for both models are capped at 150 km/h.
In terms of charging, the both the 2WD and iWD variants support up to 80 kW DC fast charging, which takes 30 minutes to charge from 30% to 80% state-of-charge (SoC). Additionally, both variants support up to 6.6-kW AC charging.
The iCaur 03 also features an on-board 3.3-kW vehicle-to-load (V2L) system.

How big is the 2025 iCaur 03?
Measuring 4,406 mm in length, 1,910 mm in width, and 1,715 mm in height, with a generous 2,715 mm wheelbase, the iCAUR 03 combines purposeful design with everyday practicality.
Its i-BOX design language, angular lines, dynamic LED signatures, and imposing SUV stance make an immediate statement while hinting at its rugged capabilities. Form meets function with short overhangs at both ends, delivering a 28-degree approach angle, a 32-degree departure angle, and gradeability of up to 55%.
