No warranty, no problem – Proton Out-of-Warranty packages from RM 120

Proton has launched a nationwide service campaign running from 30-March to 30-June 2026, targeting owners of selected models whose servicing records have lapsed for more than 12 months. The campaign is open to Proton vehicles registered between January 2018 and January 2021.

Participating owners can carry out a basic service package covering engine oil replacement, oil filter, labour, and a complimentary 40-point safety inspection across key areas including brakes, tyres, and battery condition. Prices start from RM 120 for the Persona, Iriz, Exora, and Saga using semi-synthetic engine oil, while X-series models are offered packages from RM 216 onwards.

The campaign is supported by Proton’s network of 190 authorised service outlets and 77 Body & Paint centres nationwide, staffed by trained technicians and service advisors with access to genuine spare parts through strategically located parts centres.

On the service front, Proton’s Fast Service initiative allows basic servicing to be completed within 90 minutes from check-in to key handover, while the ProCare Smart Plan (PSP) offers maintenance packages with flexible payment options. Body & Paint services are available alongside the Proton Insurance Programme (PIP) for accident repair and insurance needs. Roadside assistance is available around the clock via Proton’s helpline at 1-800-888-8398.

New this year is the Service Experience QR (SEQR) initiative, which allows customers to submit service feedback through a digital form available at service centres nationwide.

For more information, visit the official Proton website or contact your nearest authorised Proton service centre. Terms and conditions apply.
