Test drive and win gold bars with Proton eMas

Pro-Net, a wholly owned subsidiary of Proton, has launched the nationwide Proton e.MAS Golden Test Drive Campaign. Running from 13-April to 17-May 2026, the campaign encourages Malaysians to experience the brand’s electrified lineup, offering a total prize pool of RM 120,000, including gold bars and an international travel package.

Participants can test drive the Proton eMas 7, Proton eMas 5, or the Proton eMas 7 PHEV to qualify for the rewards. The campaign capitalizes on Proton eMas’ current market momentum, with the brand accounting for one in every two EVs sold in Malaysia in 2026.

Built around the theme of rewarding early EV adopters, the”30 Gold Bars in 30 Days” Promotion campaign will distribute a total of 30 units of 3g gold bars over five consecutive weeks. Six winners will be selected nationwide each week from the pool of eligible participants.

In addition to the weekly gold bar giveaways, eligible participants will be entered to win exclusive grand prizes at the campaign’s finale:

To enter the Golden Test Drive Campaign, customers must complete the following four steps before bookings close at 6:00 PM on 17-May 2026:

  1. Follow: Follow Proton e.MAS on any official social media platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or Xiao Hong Shu).
  2. Visit: Visit any authorized Proton e.MAS dealership nationwide.
  3. Test Drive & Book: Complete a test drive and place a booking for any Proton e.MAS model.
  4. Submit: Submit the official entry form via the authorized dealer.

“Test driving remains one of the most important moments for first-time EV users because it turns curiosity into confidence,” said Mr. Zhang Qiang, Chief Executive Officer of Pro-Net. “With recent fuel price hikes, particularly for diesel, and ongoing economic uncertainties, now is an ideal time for Malaysians to consider making the switch to electrified mobility. This nationwide campaign allows them to experience our EV and PHEV line-up firsthand, while rewarding them for taking that important first step.”

To further expand accessibility, Pro-Net is bringing its electrified vehicle lineup directly to the public through a series of regional roadshows across the Northern, Southern, and East Coast regions. Visitors can view the vehicles, consult with product specialists, and experience the cars firsthand.
