This is the all-new 2026 Audi Q5, 2 variants, from RM 352,990

Watch out BMW X3 and Mercedes-Benz GLC, as Audi Malaysia has just introduced the brand-new 2026 Audi Q5 here.

Priced from RM 352,990 for the Audi Q5 Advanced and RM 421,990 for the sexier Q5 Sportback S-Line, the model continues to be imported (CBU) from Mexico – just like the predecessor model.

Powering both the Q5 and Q5 Sportback S-Line is a turbocharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder TFSI petrol engine with different state of tune.

In the regular Q5 Advanced, said mill churns out 199 PS and 340 Nm, powering the front wheels via a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.

As for the Q5 Sportback S-Line, this engine does 272 PS and 400 Nm, deployed to all four wheels via Audi’s quattro all-wheel drive (AWD) system.

Underneath, both the Q5 Advanced and Q5 Sportback S-Line are underpinned by the same Premium Platform Combustion (PPC) architecture, itself an evolution of the MLB platform.

Both models get Matrix LED headlights with Digital Light Signatures and a Coming/Leaving Home lighting animation. There’s also LED Rear Lights Pro for both models. The Q5 Sportback S also adds Projection Brake Light.

The Audi Q5 Advanced offers 19-inch 10-spoke Aero wheels while the Q5 Sportback S-Line offers larger 20-inch Audi Sport 5-twin-spoke alloy wheels, with red brake calipers hiding behind.

Inside, both the Q5 Advanced and Q5 Sportback S-Line offer a curved 14.5-inch OLED MMI panoramic display as well as a 11.9-inch Audi Virtual Cockpit Plus digital driver display.

Both cars offer four USB-C ports up front and back, with the Q5 Sportback S-Line offering up to 60W up front and 100W USB-C ports at the rear.

In terms of practicality, the Q5 Advanced offers 520 litres of boot space, which can be expanded to 1,473 litres with the rear seats folded. The sportier Q5 Sportback S-Line offers 515 litres of boot space due to the sloping roofline, which is expanded to 1,415 litres with the rear seats folded.
