There’s no denying that Chinese car manufacturers operate at breakneck speeds, and Geely is no exception to this.
Courtesy of Autohome, we now have an early look at what appears to be an updated Geely Galaxy E5, better known to us as the Proton eMas 7. Keep in mind that the Galaxy E5 (and the eMas 7) are a relatively new model, having launched in mid-May 2024.

Though draped in copiuos amount of camouflage up front, it does seem like Geely is working on a front revision on the Galaxy E5, with the updated model appearing to receive squarer looking headlights up front.

The new headlights are a big departure from the current units, which have a sharper design. The hidden-type door handles remain unchanged too.

Beyond the revised front fascia, the rest of this spotted mule appear to be identical to the outgoing model – the rear looks the same, and the cabin with its large infotainment display and colour scheme is mostly identical.

That said, it would be interesting to see how Geely positions this updated Galaxy E5 in its ever-growing line-up upon its arrival, as the company recently showcased the Starship 7 EV at the recent Beijing Auto Show – an EV version of a PHEV of an EV.
