Isuzu Malaysia and SV Prestige Auto have officiated the former’s 4S centre situated in Balakong. The new 4S centre is the third such dealer-owned and operated integrated 4S facility in the Klang Valley.
The new Isuzu Balakong 4S centre was officially opened by Isuzu Malaysia Chief Executive Officer Tomoyuki Yamaguchi.
“The opening of this new Isuzu 4S Centre featuring a modern, integrated facility is reflective of our on-going effort to ensure that Isuzu vehicle ownership remains a truly positive experience. By offering a complete range of vehicle care services under one roof, our customers can enjoy the assurance that their Isuzu vehicles receive convenient and comprehensive quality care,” said Yamaguchi.
Managing Director of SV Prestige Auto Ryan Tham said, “Through the guidance of Isuzu Malaysia and the support of our customers, we have been able to consolidate all our operations here into a convenient one-stop 4S Centre. I hope that with our new facility, our customers will enjoy a more comfortable and conducive destination for all their Isuzu needs.”
In-line with other newly-opened Isuzu facilities, the new Isuzu Balakong 4S centre features the latest Isuzu Corporate Identity (CI), offering the full range of Isuzu D-Max and Isuzu commercial vehicles for sale.

Inside, there’s space for two display units, as well as a virtual reality simulator. The new service centre is able to handle up to six vehicles simultaneously, and also offers its own wheel alignment machine and full-sized painting booth.
Isuzu Balakong’s body & paint (B&P) centre is currently recognised by major automotive insurance companies and is on the panel of five of Malaysia’s major insurers. The new B&P centre is currently pending approval to carry out heavy accident repairs as equipment and training are already in place.
The new SV Prestige Auto Isuzu Balakong 4S Centre is located on Lot 1917-B, Jalan KPB 7, Kawasan Perindustrian Kampung Baru Balakong. Together with its Isuzu 3S Centre in Puchong, the SV Prestige Auto showroom is open every day while the service centre is open from Mondays to Saturdays.
