Porsche Malaysia, under Sime Darby Auto Performance (SDAP), has officially launched the new 2025 Porsche 911 GT3 and 2025 Porsche 911 GT3 Touring in Malaysia. Both variants of the track-bred sports car are now available from RM 2,290,000, making their debut at the Sepang International Circuit with Porsche.
The 911 GT3 continues to blend motorsport DNA with day-to-day usability, offering enthusiasts a choice between the winged, track-focused GT3 and the more understated Touring model.

Powertrain

At the heart of both cars lies a 4.0-litre naturally aspirated flat-six engine producing 510 PS and 450 Nm. The engine revs up to 9,000 rpm and has been re-engineered with sharper camshafts, revised cylinder heads, and optimised oil cooling for improved durability and performance.
Customers can choose between a 7-speed PDK dual-clutch transmission or a 6-speed manual, both with shorter final drive ratios (8% shorter than before) for quicker acceleration.

With the PDK transmission, the 911 GT3 sprints from 0–100 km/h in 3.4 seconds and reaches a top speed of 311 km/h. The manual version takes 3.9 seconds and achieves a top speed of 313 km/h.
Suspension and handling improvements include a revised anti-dive system, adapted from the GT3 RS, that stabilises the car under heavy braking. Porsche has also optimised damper tuning to improve handling over kerbs and bumps, making it more consistent on track.
Exterior
Visually, the 2025 Porsche 911 GT3 evolves with more aggressive aerodynamics while retaining its timeless silhouette. The front fascia now features a redesigned diffuser and re-profiled spoiler lip, while new Matrix LED headlights with optional white accent rings sharpen its look.

On the GT3, the iconic fixed swan-neck rear wing remains the centerpiece. Its new angled sideplates not only add downforce but also frame the car’s muscular haunches, giving it an unmistakably track-ready stance. In contrast, the Touring package opts for subtlety – the massive wing is removed in favour of a cleaner profile, its aerodynamic balance maintained by an automatically extending rear spoiler with a Gurney flap.

Every line serves a purpose: vents along the front bumper channel cooling air towards the brakes, while the re-sculpted underbody fins reduce drag. The forged lightweight wheels, with optional magnesium alloys under the Weissach or Leichtbau packages, aren’t just about aesthetics – their aero-optimised vanes guide airflow into the carbon-ceramic brakes.

Despite its larger aerodynamic elements, Porsche says the car remains as light as ever, tipping the scales at just 1,420 kg in its most focused configuration.
Interior
Step inside and the GT3 feels like a bridge between Porsche’s racing machines and its road-going 911s. The cabin is dominated by a driver-focused cockpit where every control is positioned within easy reach.

Unique to the GT3 is the Track Screen function on the digital instrument cluster – when activated, the display clears away distractions and shows only vital information such as tyre pressures, oil temperature, and shift lights. It’s a small detail, but one that underlines the car’s motorsport intent.

The centre tunnel continues to feature the exposed gear-shift gate design, echoing Porsche’s heritage while modernising it with an electronic gear selector. The rotary ignition switch remains, a nod to tradition absent from Carrera models.
In the Touring package, the cabin takes on a more refined tone. Leather replaces the sportier Race-Tex surfaces of the GT3, and customers can even specify a rear seat system, something unthinkable in a track-focused car but perfectly aligned with the Touring’s discreet character.

Seating options cater to both purists and comfort-seekers: lightweight CFRP bucket seats with integrated thorax airbags provide maximum lateral support, while 18-way Adaptive Sports Seats Plus offer adjustability without compromising daily usability. The cabin is finished with high-quality leathers, Alcantara, and carbon fibre, with extensive personalisation options.
