Zeekr Malaysia has announced that the company will be introducing three new models this year during its 2026 Chinese New Year Media Gathering.
Firstly, is the locally-assembled (CKD) Zeekr 7X. Zeekr Malaysia General Manager Eddy Lu has revealed that the company will commence CKD works of its popular EV SUV, with Malaysia being the first facility outside of China to do so.

It remains to be seen which CKD plant in Malaysia will be producing the 7X, but there is a possibility that Zeekr could leverage on the broader collaboration between Geely and Proton to utilize the newly-opened Proton EV plant in Tanjong Malim.
Beyond the CKD Zeekr 7X, GM Eddy Lu also revealed three new models in the pipeline for the Malaysia.

One of the models is confirmed to be the Zeekr 9X – the company’s flagship model that blends an internal combustion engine with dual electric motors – one on each axle – for a combined system output of 1,030 kW (1,400 PS).
Next up is likely to be the four-seater version of the Zeekr 009 called the Grand. This 2+2 version of the Zeekr 009 is essentially the Zeekr equivalent of the Toyota Alphard Royal Lounge. It is well appointed too, offering features like a large 43-inch display, seats with massage function, and even air-conditioning with fragrance.
The third model that Zeekr Malaysia has lined up is likely the refresh Zeekr X that made its debut in China in late-2025. Changes include a revised 18-inch wheels and a new body colour.
