November 2025 Top-10 best-selling Chinese EVs in Malaysia – eMas 7 isn’t slowing down

It’s mid-December and the Road Transport Department (JPJ) has released the latest data for November 2025.

Similar to the past few months, the Proton eMas 7 clinches on to the top spot of our list, with a total of 786 units sold. Year-to-date (YTD) sales figure for the eMas 7 is at 7,740 units.

In second place is the BYD Atto 3. Last month, a total of 440 units found new homes, which brought the YTD sales figure to 3,568 units.

Sitting in third place is the BYD Sealion 7 – similar to the prior month. Last month, BYD sold 427 units of the Sealion 7, with the YTD sales figure at 3,569 units – just one unit more than the Atto 3.

Fourth place is occupied by the newly-launched BYD Seal 6 EV with 380 units sold. YTD sales figure for the BYD Seal 6 EV currently stand at 824 units.

The newly-launched Zeekr 7X clinches on to the fifth spot with 274 units sold in November. At the time of writing, YTD sales figure for the 7X is at 831 units.

In sixth spot is the BYD Atto 2. Back in November, BYD Malaysia managed to sell 260 units of this entry-level EV SUV, bringing the YTD sales figure to 1,336 units.

The iCaur 03 that was launched back in September continues to gain numbers, with 215 units sold last month. Three months in, iCaur Malaysia has sold a total of 560 units of the iCaur 03.

The final BYD model in our top-10 list is the BYD M6, with a total of 147 units sold last month. YTD sales figure for this EV MPV stands at 1,496 units.

Occupying the ninth spot is the Xpeng G6, a model that received a facelift back in October. Last month, Xpeng Malaysia managed to shift 123 units of the Xpeng G6, thus bringing the YTD sales figure to 770 units.

In tenth spot is the Leapmotor C10 with 86 units sold last month. YTD sales figure for this D-segment EV SUV is at 437 units.

To note, the recently launched Proton eMas 5 sold 44 units in November. Though small, we expect the figure to shoot up over the next couple of months.
